These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.aispl.org, our digital communication channels, WhatsApp Business interface, quotation systems, and any related services offered by Agrasen Iron and Steels Private Limited (“AISPL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. USE OF SERVICES
You agree:

- To not misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
- To comply with all applicable Indian laws
AISPL reserves the right to refuse service, block access, or terminate usage for misuse.

- Quotations are valid only for the period mentioned
- Orders are subject to confirmation and availability
AISPL is not liable for typographical or system-generated errors.

- Layouts
- Logos
- Product descriptions
belonging to and owned by AISPL, and such other confidential information, and shall not be copied or reused without prior written permission of AISPL.
4. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
You consent to receive:
- WhatsApp communication
- Emails
- Calls
- SMS notifications
regarding quotations, orders, dispatches, invoices, and marketing updates.
You may opt out by emailing sales@aispl.org.
5. AI-ASSISTED PROCESSING
AISPL may use AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) for:
- Drafting responses
- Internal automation
- Classification of inquiries
- Customer support assistance
We ensure:
- No sensitive data is shared
- Tools comply with international security norms
- Usage is strictly internal & controlled
6. PROHIBITED USES
You must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Extract data through bots or scraping
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Publish defamatory or illegal content
- Use the Services to cause harm
Violation may lead to legal action.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AISPL is not liable for:

- Loss of Profit
- Delay in delivery due to third-party transporters or force majeure

- Errors caused by third-party API providers (Meta, Google, etc.)
- All such factors not in explicit and/or implied control of AISPL
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any).
8. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold AISPL harmless against:

- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of intellectual property rights
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATIONS
Our Services may include integrations with:

- Google APIs
- AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
In no event, we shall be responsible for third-party practices or failures.
10. TERMINATION
AISPL may terminate or restrict your access:
- For violations of these Terms
- For harmful activity
- For technical or security reasons
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
No foreign arbitration clause is used — fully India compliant.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms anytime, kindly keep a track. Continued use indicates acceptance.
